As a valued Excel customer, you can be confident that you’ll still enjoy one of the fastest turnaround times in the industry, along with personalized service. Excel is committed to working with you to ensure the new schedule meets your needs, with minimal impact on your practice.

WHY IS EXCEL MAKING THIS CHANGE?

You’ve undoubtedly noticed the change in Portland’s traffic, and the significant increase in heavy road congestion. Although Excel has added both cars and drivers, we’ve realized that adjusting our schedule is also necessary to maintain Excel’s high level of quality.

The new schedule will ensure that Excel technicians have the necessary time to manufacture your cases to the highest standards without compromising quality. All of us at Excel are committed to working with you to implement the new schedule with minimal disruption to your practice. Please call us with any concerns or questions you may have.

WHEN DOES THE NEW SCHEDULE START?

Starting in late October/early November 2017, your Excel driver will be picking up and delivering once a day to your practice, between the hours of 9am and 3pm. A smaller pickup/delivery window will be established when the new schedule officially begins in January 2018.

WILL MY CASES TAKEK LONGER TO MANUFACTURE?

Excel’s fast, accurate, reliable service isn’t changing—you’ll still enjoy impressive turnaround times. The new schedule simply ensures that traffic issues will not cut into our technicians’ working time in the lab.

Of course, Excel will continue to work with you when you have extenuating patient circumstances that require emergency rush service. If you’re concerned about the timing of your delivery, give us a call and let us know how we can help.
