Question: How do I send a case and what is needed for fabrication?
Answer: see case requirements under education tab on our website or click here.

Question: If you pick up a case in the afternoon, can I have it back in the morning?
Answer: No, we do not have a night crew. (See business hours here.)

Question: Can you make my appliance on a distorted model, even if it is minor?
Answer: We can’t guarantee the fit of the appliance, thus discouraging this as it is a waste of time and money to your office and the patient.

Question: Can you repair my retainer that has been stepped on or my dog tried to eat?
Answer: No, we will need a new impression to remake this at full charge.

Question: Do I need to send a model with my repair?
Answer: Yes, we prefer the originals. If you don’t have the originals, we will need a new model.

Question: My bands moved, no way! How is this possible?
Answer: Yes! they do move. These are the options we have:
1. You will be notified to get a new model (no new bands required)
2. We can reset the bands on model if desired
3. We can duplicate the model, repour impression, and fit bands on new model

Question: Should I take impression with bands in place or not?

Question: Do you offer a staff discount?
Answer: We offer a 10% staff discount. Please make sure this is clearly marked on RX.

Question: Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on appliances?
Answer: Yes, please refer to our guidelines and terms.

Question: What constitutes an extra charge?
Answer: Go to our policy tab and see miscellaneous charges.

Question: Do you charge for shipping?
Answer: No, we don’t. (Extra charges will be incurred for overnight shipping)

Question: Do you accept 3D intraoral scans from any scanner?
Answer: Yes, please visit our Digital Services here.

Question: What tooth pontic shades do you carry?
Answer: We stock Dymon Hue. We can provide you with a shade guide. Other companies are available with notice. Call for details.

Question: My appliance doesn’t fit, Why?
Answer: See examples of an impression or examples of a model that may cause an appliance not to fit.

Question: Do you have different thickness for invisible retainers?
Answer: Yes, we have 1mm, and 2 mm thickness. Standard is 3/4mm.
